This is a one year course designed for 16-18 year olds who have undertaken a relevant Level 2 vocational qualification geared to building a portfolio of employability skills and practical experience. The course is for those seeking employment or an Apprenticeship and is aimed at building the confidence to achieve this. Best suited to those who know higher level study is not for them but are seeking work or training with work (Apprenticeships).
With this programme you can choose to focus on an Animal Management pathway.
This course is for 16-18 year olds with a relevant vocational qualification at Level 2 or above.
The work experience element of the course will be undertaken initially on the College estate under supervision of vocational experts in the students chosen pathway. This unique opportunity to develop a portfolio of hands on experience and a ‘project’ based CV is unique.
Further external work experience is encouraged as a stepping stone to employment.
